DESCRIPTION
The Mobile Trommel Gold Wash Plant is a compact and efficient screening and washing system designed for gold beneficiation applications.
Its main screening component is a rotating cylindrical drum fitted with multiple circular screen sections. The drum is installed at an inclined angle and driven by a variable-speed transmission system, allowing the material to move continuously through the screening cylinder while being classified by particle size.
During operation, finer materials pass through the screen openings and are discharged from the lower section, while oversized materials continue through the drum and are discharged separately.
An optional comb-type cleaning mechanism continuously cleans the screen surface during operation, helping prevent material adhesion and screen blockage while maintaining stable screening performance.
The integrated mobile design makes the system suitable for gold processing sites where flexible installation and relocation are required.
